Contact FlowWrapper

Send the LINEVO team a product photo and describe the pack you want to make.

Contact details

Open WhatsApp to discuss your requirements with the LINEVO team. You can send product photos, drawings, film specifications and short videos directly in the conversation.

Opening the WhatsApp conversation

Write and send your message after WhatsApp opens. Clicking the link alone does not send an enquiry or confirm receipt.

Make the first message useful

A product photo, dimensions and intended pack are enough to start the conversation. Add the details below when available; leave unknowns for discussion.

  • Product name and type, with its smallest and largest length, width and height
  • How the product behaves: fragile, sticky, coated, soft or still warm when packed
  • Pack format: single, multipack, stack or tray, and how many products per pack
  • Film, if known: structure, printed or plain, and reel width
  • Target output in good packs per minute, and the number of shifts
  • Manual or automatic feeding, and the equipment before and after the wrapper
  • Destination country, power supply and planned start of production

Photos, videos and samples

Photos of the product, the current pack and any existing line are often the quickest way to show what you need. A short video helps when the product is fragile, sticky or irregular in shape.

If the pack is already designed, send the film specification or artwork. Please do not ship product samples until the team has confirmed the quantity needed and where to send them.

What happens after you get in touch

The LINEVO team reviews your requirements in the conversation. You may be asked for dimensions, drawings or samples before a configuration can be proposed. Agree any sample test and the quotation scope with the team.

Sensitive information

Start with the packaging task. Recipes and formulations are not needed for the first message. If confidential details are needed later, agree how to exchange them with the team.
